TSIG holds recruitment rounds every fall and spring semester. 

Our process consists of a first-round interview consisting of a few behavioral and thinking questions followed by our "World Planning" second round, during which applicants are asked to present a meaningful analysis resembling the work we do at TSIG. Finance knowledge is not required for any part of our application process, nor do we penalize applicants with no experience in finance. All interviews are conducted in person.
